About me

I am a loving grandpa to 4 amazing grand kids. I have been married to my wonderful,caring and supportive wife for 30 years. I was just 13 years old when my dad died of the same kidney disease that I have. I had a heart attack in January of 2015 and have been on dialysis since then. I am on the transplant list at UTMC in Toledo,Ohio and have had 9 calls, but unfortunately, none have worked out for me. I try not to let this disease, and dialysis, stop me from enjoying life, but each day is different and some are harder than others. Please consider being a living donor. This is the best gift I could ask for.
